It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as Worshipful Master of Coastal Daylight Lodge No. 750. Whether you are a longtime member of our lodge or a Brother visiting from another jurisdiction, I extend to you a warm and sincere welcome.
Freemasonry has always been about more than the meetings we attend. It is about the friendships we build, the lessons we learn, and the commitment we make to improving ourselves so that we may better serve our families, our communities, and one another. Every time we gather in lodge, we have the opportunity to strengthen those bonds and continue the work of making good men better.
One of the greatest traditions in our fraternity is the practice of visiting other lodges. When we travel to sit in lodge with Brethren we may have never met before, we are reminded that the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth unite us regardless of where we call home. Every lodge has its own personality and traditions, yet the light of Freemasonry shines the same in each one. Visiting broadens our perspective, strengthens our fellowship, and reminds us that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.
I encourage every qualified Master Mason to make time to visit another lodge whenever possible. You may arrive as a guest, but you will always be welcomed as a Brother. The conversations shared before and after a meeting, the exchange of ideas, and the friendships that grow through visitation are among the greatest rewards our fraternity has to offer.
At Coastal Daylight Lodge No. 750, we are proud to continue that tradition of hospitality. We cordially invite all qualified Master Masons to join us for our stated communications, held at 10:00 a.m. on the second Monday of each month. A light breakfast is served beginning at 9:00 a.m., providing an opportunity to enjoy fellowship before the lodge is opened. Whether you are traveling through the area or simply looking for a lodge to visit, we would be honored to have you sit with us.
As we journey through life, let us remember that our Masonic working tools are not merely symbols for our ritual, but reminders for our daily lives. May we square our actions with virtue, keep our passions within due bounds, and meet each person with kindness, humility, and respect. The strongest lodges are not built of brick and mortar, but of faithful Brethren who show up, support one another, and labor together in harmony.
No man walks the Masonic path alone. We each benefit from the wisdom of those who came before us and have a responsibility to encourage those who will follow after us. By attending lodge, supporting our Brothers, and extending our hand in friendship to every worthy Mason we meet, we ensure that the light of our Craft continues to burn brightly for generations to come.
On behalf of the officers and members of Coastal Daylight Lodge No. 750, thank you for visiting our website. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you in person soon.
